Wedding ring making day
Craft your own beautiful, highly personal wedding rings in this special creative day. Couples will join me in my fully equipped Cambridgeshire workshop where you will receive tailored tuition, learning how to cut, file and form the metal before soldering, cleaning up and finishing your rings. No experience necessary as I will guide you through each stage in this memorable day.
Choose from Platinum, silver and gold; all carats and colours available. Rings can be made in different shapes, designs and finishes.
I would recommend booking your wedding ring making day no less than 2 months from your big day to allow for time to make and hallmark your rings and any additional services such as engraving or stone setting.
The workshop is priced per couple £450
Included; consultations prior to the making day, full use of the workshop, personalised tuition, hallmarking, ring boxes, refreshments and a glass of bubbly to celebrate your achievements!
Metal is an additional charge, it is not included in the price of the making day. Prior to your making day we will meet online or in person to discuss your ring designs. The metal needed will be calculated and a quote sent to you. Once we have finalised your designs, the metal will be invoiced and payment will be required for this in advance of the making day, including any additional services.
Workshops can be arranged on Tuesday, Wednesdays or Fridays, with some Saturdays available.
These days usually start at 9.30am and last approximately 5-6 hours.
Over the last 20 years I have taught many jewellery making classes from beginners through to advanced, with some of my previous students now running their own jewellery businesses! I am a qualified teacher and have taught in secondary schools as well as adult education so you will be in safe hands! New for 2025 I have added Wedding Ring Making Workshops alongside other one day workshops.
